Dental Treatment

A regular examination and a regular visit to our dental hygienist are fundamental to
your basic care needs. Our policy is to see clients every 6 months although this can
vary according to individual needs.

Regular examinations enable us to keep your whole mouth healthy and pain free.
This will give you complete peace of mind. Many problems do not cause pain initially
and you may be unaware of their presence. Your Dentist can identify these problem
areas early and rectify this with minimal treatment and much reduced costs.

Regular visits to our dental hygienist are crucial to keeping your mouth healthy. The importance of this cannot be emphasised enough. Because it is so important, it is a fundamental policy at Dental World that all clients should see our hygienist regularly. 6 monthly is an average but some will need to be seen more frequently depending on the assessment scores we take of your gum health at your examination appointments. Most people do not realise that they have gum disease until it is too late. When the teeth become loose and you start to get infections, it will be impossible to save them. Prevention is best because there is no cure!
